Strategic website design is when a website is specifically designed for a purpose, not just with aesthetics in mind and not just having a website for the sake of having a website. When we begin our website design process, we work with you to determine the goals that you have for your website. We then design and develop with the end goal in mind.
Of course! We recognize the importance for websites to be fully useable and accessible on all devices – whether it’s on a smart phone, a tablet, a television or traditional computer! We test all our websites across a variety of devices to ensure that we provide your users the best experience, no matter how they are accessing it.
Primarily we design from scratch using the WordPress content management system. We also design for SquareSpace and Shopify. Some technologies we employ are HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery.
We strive to design websites that are fully accessible to as many people as possible. Our websites follow the guidelines set for WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Absolutely. Meeting the AODA website requirements is one of our specialties. We have in the past worked with companies to take their current website and make it meet the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards. Alternately, we also offer Accessibility Consultation if you would like make the changes in-house but just don’t know where to start.
