Frequently Asked Questions

Will you design my website?

Of course! We have 3 different web design packages to help you, whether you need a one-page website for communicating your business location, or whether you need large corporate project with hundreds of pages.

Do you host websites?

No, we do not currently host websites, but we can definitely recommend someone that you can host with!

Are the websites you design responsive?

Of course! We recognize the importance for websites to be fully useable and accessible on all devices – whether it’s on a smart phone, a tablet, a television or traditional computer! We test all our websites across a variety of devices to ensure that we provide your users the best experience no matter how they are accessing your website.

Can you make my current website mobile friendly?

Yes, we can! We can either take your current website design and modify it so that your current design is accessible on mobile devices, or we can fully redesign your website to take advantage of all current web standards including mobile-friendliness.

What platforms do you design for?

We currently design for WordPress.org, SquareSpace, Shopify, MailChimp and CampaignMonitor.

Can you design a theme for my WordPress.com blog?

WordPress.com is WordPress’ free hosting platform. It currently doesn’t provide the ability to install custom themes on their platform. With this in mind, we do not design themes for use on WordPress.com, but do design themes for WordPress installs on other web hosts.

Are your websites accessible to people with disabilities?

We strive to design websites that are fully accessible to as many people as possible. Our websites follow the guidelines set for WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Will you update the content on our website?

We primarily work with content management systems in order to make it as easy as possible for you to keep your websites update. If, however, you find that you would prefer us to maintain control over updating all of your content as well, we can definitely work something out with you.
